Automatic drawing box type filter press routine maintenance, pay attention to whether the parts are loose or not, should be fastened at any time. The compression shaft or the compression screw should maintain good lubrication to prevent foreign bodies. The pressure gauge should be checked regularly to ensure its sensitivity. The removed plate and frame should be placed flat when stored, so as to prevent flexural deformation. Each class checks whether the working pressure of the hydraulic system and the oil content in the fuel tank are within the prescribed limits. Clean 46# hydraulic oil should be added to the tank and filtered by 80-100 mesh filter. It is forbidden to add oil containing impurities or water into the tank. Operators should insist on cleaning the equipment at any time, keep the filter press clean and tidy, so that there is no filter cake and sundries around the equipment.
The automatic drawing board filter press consists of three parts: frame, press plate and beam. The frame is the basic component of the filter press. The two ends are thrust plate and press machine. The beams on both sides are connected to the two. The beam is used to support the filter plate, the filter frame and the press plate. The thrust plate is connected with the supporting seat to place one end of the filter press on the foundation. The thrust plate of the filter press is in the middle of the feed hole, and there are four holes in the four corners. The upper two corners are the inlet of the washing liquid or the pressing gas, and the lower two corners are exported. Pressing plate: to compress filter plate filter frame, roller on both sides is used to support the pressing plate to roll on the track of the girder. Beam: is a load-bearing member, material is high quality steel plate or high quality channel steel. According to the requirements of environmental protection, hard PVC, polypropylene, stainless steel coating or new anticorrosive coating can be selected.
