The normal pressure filter can be fed into the machine before the work is done. The mechanical pressing transmission parts and the reducer must be added to the lubricating oil; the hydraulic pressure is pressed to check the oil storage quantity and the working pressure of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil is usually replaced once a year, and the hydraulic system should be cleaned in a comprehensive way. The working pressure of the hydraulic station is less than the working pressure of the oil cylinder, but the minimum can not be lower than the permissible value of the filtration pressure. Too small will cause greater leakage and damage the machine.

The insulation and reliability test of the electronic control system should be carried out regularly. It is found that the electrical components caused by the electrical components are not accurate and inflexible, and the electrical components should be repaired or replaced in time. It is necessary to check the seal surface of the filter plate to ensure its smooth and clean. Before pressing, the filter cloth should be checked carefully to ensure its unfolding, no breakage and no slag, so that it is smooth and complete to ensure the filtering effect, and at the same time, the filter cloth should be rinsed regularly to ensure the filtering ability of the filter cloth.

In the initial stage of pressure filtration, the filter is turbid. When the filter cloth forms a layer of filter cake, the filtrate will become clear. If the filtrate is always cloudy or mixed, it may be the filter cloth is damaged or the hole is deviate from the plate hole. At this time, the valve should be closed or the feed material should be stopped to replace the filter cloth. A small amount of leakage caused by filter capillarity is allowed between the filter plates.
